1. Should my child continue to attend their current school until their Agora school start date? Yes, students are to continue to attend their current school until the first day at Agora Cyber Charter School to avoid truancy. A notification of enrollment will be sent to the district of residence within 15 days of the student’s official school start date.
2. Where do I find the student and Learning Coach login and how do I log- in to the online school?
The learning coach and student login are sent to the parent or guardian email provided during the application process one week prior to the student's first day of school. To log-in to the online school visit www.agoraeagles.org, select the "Online School Login" button and enter the student's username and password. Note: When attending live sessions and completing daily assignments the student must be logged in through their online school account, not the parent/learning coach account. If prompted, the learning coach may need to enter their username and password in order for the elementary level student to complete online assessments.
3. What do I do if my child doesn't receive the school computer before the first day of school? Students should attempt to attend school using another computer with a reliable Internet connection. Please contact the Agora Support Center at 855-412-3712 to check the status of the Agora laptop. Contact your Agora Family Coach or Orientation Advisor if your child is unable to access another computer to attend the first day of school and discuss an alternate plan.
4. How do I track my child’s materials and equipment? Go to myinfo.k12.com and enter the learning coach username and password. Select the student's name and select the "Hardware" tab to view the computer tracking number. To view materials select "Orders". Next select the order number and scroll down to "Course Materials" to view the complete list of materials provided for each course and the tracking number.
Once you have the computer or materials tracking number go to UPS.com and enter the tracking number into the UPS track box. UPS will provide you the current location of your package as well as the estimated delivery date. Note, the computer shipment information is not available until the day the computer is shipped from the K12 warehouse.
5. Is my child required to attend all orientation live session? Yes, attendance is required. Please click here to read Agora Cyber Charter School’s attendance policy. Elementary sessions will be listed in your child's Class Connect of their online school. Sessions will take place on your child's first and second days of school. Sessions are held at 8:15am, 10:30am, and 1:30pm.

7. What if my child cannot join orientation live sessions through their account or the link provided? Contact the Agora Support Center at 855-412-3712 to report and troubleshoot the technical issue. A ticket number will be provided at the end of the call.
